Guest Services
Need to find a store or buy a new Visa Gift Card? Our Guest Services Center, located in the Cafe Court next to Arby's, is staffed all mall hours by Guest Services representatives ready to assist you.  Our customer service representatives can answer questions you may have regarding the mall, its stores, upcoming events, etc.  Guest Services can be reached Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Sundays from noon to 6:00 p.m. by calling (712) 274-0109 or fax at (712) 274-1816.
