Our customer service representatives can answer questions you may have regarding the mall, its stores, upcoming events, etc. Guest Services can be reached Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Sundays from noon to 6:00 p.m. by calling (712) 274-0109 or fax at (712) 274-1816.
